I personally use Acronis True Image Home, simply although it always works, is easily configurable and this is very convenient.

I am old school and keep my backups at another location after making them. Acronis has an online, in the cloud ability that some may find to their liking. I recommend Acroins and backing up regularly. I like to make an exact copy of my hard drive so if something happens (WannCry Virus, Ransomeware, etc) I can replace the entire hard drive and only have a couple of weeks gap in my data and emails. I use Acronis mainly for cloning hard drives. Acronis is exactly that, simple to use after you mess around with the interface and see what options there are. Also this version I purchased is for my parents PC and as many of you know, you have to keep things simple for seniors. I can not say the same for the free versions I mentioned. These two free versions work well enough, BUT Acronis has NEVER failed me. I have used free versions like "Mini Tools Partition Wizard" and "Macrium Reflect". I have an older version that I use to backup my personal PC, and Acronis is by far the easiest to use and requires the least amount of resources (computing power and memory).
